Department position

The ccu2 section is located on the second floor on the south side, facing operating room 2. It is visible at the beginning of entering the department on the right side of the corridor.

Range of performance:

Nursing and medical services (specialized and super-specialized) for heart patients.

Range of hospitalized patients:

Angiography, PCI , ACS , MI , AF , HTN , CHF , PSVT , heart surgery, and other surgeries…

Department specific equipment:

In the center of this department is the nursing station, which includes a central monitor, two computer devices, one washroom, two emergency trolleys, and two DC shocks. The medicine stock, library and medicine refrigerator are located behind the nursing station. For every two beds, there is a refrigerator for patients to store food. EKU device, wheelchair and stretcher are installed in the department.

Patient room and ward amenities

One of the outstanding characteristics of the department is the presence of specialist and subspecialist doctors, experienced and compassionate and trained personnel, suitable and calm physical environment.

The rooms have complete comfort facilities, including refrigerator, companion chair, cupboard and sick table, and in all the rooms there are religious rituals such as the Quran, mat and prayer seal, and the Qibla face is installed in the room. Request a department transfer. All the bed rooms have separate toilets and bathrooms, and public toilets are in the corridor.

Above the head of each patient’s bed is a console, and each console includes a lamp for more lighting, a central oxygen inlet, central suction, and a nurse call system.

The nurse summoning system is installed on the console and creates a two-way communication between the nurse and the patient in the form of a speaker, so if you have a problem in the room, you can use the nurse summoning system to inform the department personnel. There is a rope hanging next to the patient’s bathroom, and by pulling the rope, the ward personnel will be informed of the problem.

The heating and cooling system of your room is independent, it is proven to improve the condition of the air conditioning system of the hospital and your room and prevent the presence of window insects.

A microwave device is installed in the ward for the well-being of the patient.

Patient companion rules

  • If you need a companion, a companion receipt should be prepared when accepting the bill.
  • The entry of one accompanying person to accompany the patient in the ward is allowed (more than one person is not allowed)
  • The hospital will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for one companion only.
  • The accompanying direction is a number of folding chairs in the room, which will turn into a bed by pulling the corresponding latches.
  • Single blanket and travel blanket will be delivered with ID card.

  • Not using a mobile phone by the patient (assigning the 230 line to the patient to communicate with the family)
  • Non-use of mobile phones by personnel
  • Get the sanitary bag from the medical equipment located on the ground floor.
  • The meeting time is every day and holidays from 16:00 to 17:00.
  • Observance of silence in the department
  • Announcement of blackout in the night shift after providing services to the patient at 22:00
  • Checking vital signs every two hours by personnel
  • Training with the companion and the patient in three stages before hospitalization, during hospitalization and at the time of discharge
  • Serving food according to the patient’s diet and giving snacks to patients
  • Eating time for the patient and companion is breakfast from 6 to 7, lunch from 12 to 13 and dinner from 18 to 19.
  • The snack distribution time is as follows
  • Morning snack is distributed with breakfast (milk and biscuits for diet patients – fruit juice and cake for other patients)
  • Evening snack is distributed at 14:00 (tea and biscuits for all sections)
  • Keep all previous medical documents and your insurance booklet with you until the end of your hospitalization.
  • To prevent hospital infection, we recommend that the patient and companions regularly disinfect their hands before and after entering the room with disinfectant solutions installed next to the entrance door of each room.
  • Patient file information is private and staff are not allowed to share this information with anyone. You can ask your questions with the doctor or nurse in charge.
  • Do not smoke inside the rooms and corridors of the ward.
  • If you bring medicine that needs refrigeration, please hand it over to the nurse in charge.

  • All points of the department are controlled by CCTV cameras.
  • Please do not touch the connections connected to the patients.
  • To use the holy books of the Torah and the Bible, go to the supervisor’s office located on the ground floor
  • Avoid taking pictures and videos and talking on mobile phones in the corridor of the department.
  • Do not bring children to the ward except during the appointment time
  • It is mandatory to observe silence in the department
  • Avoid unnecessary traffic in the section
