How to admit elective patients in Aria Ahvaz Specialized and Subspecialized Hospital:

  • Upon arrival of the patient, after checking the patient’s identity documents and the doctor’s order sheet, a call number is given to the patient (with the patient). Then he waits until the number is read by the call.
  • At the time of filing the patient’s file, it is matched with the ID card and then the file is filed.
  • The patient (along with the patient) is directed to the hospital fund to deposit the advance payment.
  • The payment slip is delivered by the payer to the acceptance user.
  • The user accepts the patient’s hospitalization file and hands it over to the patient after closing the bracelet.
  • The patient is directed to the admission unit.

Required documents for admission:

  • National card or birth certificate with a photo of the medical record
  • In the case of patients under 18 years of age, mentally disabled, the presence of a father or guardian along with the birth certificate of both is required.
  • For patients with cesarean delivery, the presence of the patient’s spouse is required along with the birth certificate and national card of the parties and the latest ultrasound
  • In the case of women’s operations such as hysterectomy (removal of the uterus), myomectomy, laparoscopy, laparotomy, curettage, etc., the presence of the patient’s wife and birth certificate and national card of the parties is mandatory.
  • Regarding tourist patients (non-Iranian people), it is mandatory to bring passport and visa with valid date.
  • In the case of unmarried female patients, it is mandatory to bring a birth certificate.
  • The admission time is relative and depends on the number of patients in the waiting line.
  • All supplementary insurances of the contracting party are accepted if the surgeon has accepted the patient’s supplementary insurance, otherwise, after the discharge (two weeks later), the invoice will be given to the patient or his companion in full to be submitted to the insurance office.
  • Patients with the medical service book of the referral system (relief committee) must not receive a referral code from the family doctor before going to the hospital for admission, otherwise admission will be done freely.
  • Regarding non-Iranian patients who live in Iran, they must have a family card with residence validity.
